Ownership of the "Point" includes partial ownership of a 10 Hectare (25 acre) nature reserve, which goes below the property all the way to the river.  The reserve includes nearly all the property shown here as the river goes around a point in the upper right portion of the photo, winds back towards the point and then turns to the east to head down to Baru.  The reserve ends at the latter curve, where the river heads south.

The cost for the Point is $180,000, which the local realtors consider a bargain based on the 6+ acres and large area available for building and/or landscaping.
