This is a small collection of eight properties, each with
river, mountain and valley views. Full infrastructure is provided, including an excellent year-round road with concrete
gutters, electricity, water and initial landscaping. Also, there is access to telephone and, on some properties, relatively
high-speed internet.
Each property comes with an indivisible share in a 10 hectare (25 acre) nature
reserve, which shares a common border with many of the properties.
During the "Green Season" there are waterfalls across the
river. Mountains rimming this valley are frequently shrouded in clouds and mist, giving us an ever-changing view.
